Looking for a running coach in London? Running should never be a chore. Ideally the perfect runner should make it look effortless. These sessions will enable you to get the most out of your running & help you to avoid any potential injuries. 

Not just limited to athletes. These training sessions cater for footballers, tennis players etc. Ideally anyone who wants to improve their running or compliment their current training.

1-2-1 Coaching

These coaching sessions are specifically based towards your needs. Ideally the first session is looking at your running technique, putting you through some specific exercises and then building a plan which helps you become a stronger more efficient runner. These sessions are available across London.

 

 (You'll also be given some prehab exercises that you can do in your own time.) 

5 x 60 Minute Sessions = £300.00

10 x 60 Minute Sessions = £550.00
