Running Coaching

Looking to improve your running, increase your fitness or even recover from an injury. These group running classes focus more on the fundamentals of fitness, injury prevention, strength & conditioning, improving your running technique, with additional element of developing your anaerobic.

Martin Hunt Performance also offers sports massage therapy to compliment your training & increase your recovery time.

Not just limited to athletes. These classes cater for footballers, tennis players etc. Ideally anyone who wants to improve their running to compliment their training. Available for all ages & abilities.

1-2-1 Coaching

These sessions are specifically based towards your needs. The first session will be looking at your running technique & putting you through some specific exercises, which will then help to build a plan for you, to help you become a better runner.

(You'll be given some prehab training to be done in your own time.)

5 x 60 Minute Sessions = £300

10 x 60 Minute Sessions = £550

Running Conditioning Classes

A mixture of aerobic, anaerobic sprints. sprint drills, strength, mobility, agility, injury prevention & rehab work. Ideal for beginners and beyond. Classes are limited to 6 people.

*Discounted Sports Massage to those who attend regularly. = £65
